I had the pleasure of making a Scandinavian / Danish wedding cake recently. This was my first attempt at a Scandinavian/Danish wedding cake. It was made for a 60th wedding anniversary of this couple and was a replica of their cake all those years ago. This cake can be made plain or decorated for weddings etc.
